Compositing kitchen space with Bonaldo elements.
The idea was to create good composition of a kitchen, kitchen for any space. Not to forget the photographic approach to it, which every 3d Artist is aiming for. The most important part is a good research, which means a lot of real-world references. Other important part is composition, choosing the best point of view is the hardest part of visualization and photography. Soon I will release some composition tips, which I often use for my scenes.
For this scene I used inspiration from a combination of Poliform kitchen, MATRIX kitchen (harmony between nature and technical elements) and some details from ALEA kitchen (compositive solutions). Poliform is an Italian luxury modern furniture brand, you can check their products and news here. With this project I was happy to use my latest Bonaldo Dining model. Highly detailed table and chair from Bonaldo Company, modeled in real-world scale (cm) ready for photo-realistic rendering.
Some additional info
For lightning I used HDRI overcast map in dome light with very weak direct light for more visible shadows.
A short tutorial from Peter Guthrie, shows the basic steps.
I used accessories from model+model, BBB3viz bread assets, rest of it is mine modeling.
Modeling and rendering was done in 3ds Max followed by Vray renderer, post-production in Photoshop and Photolooks.
